The five tigers and the big bad bull.

Once upon a time there lived a big tiger named Vicki and four little tigers .They lived in a

cave in Africa on the plans near  a lake and under trees .Also living here on the plans is a pack of lions and the meanest bulls in the world .They were so mean because They charge at the lion and the tigers.They were the meanest bulls Because They are tired and I want to be friends.Vicki was taking the little tigers on a jungle Adventure at the end they went home but the

bad bulls came and trapped them and then the pride of lions came and distracted the bulls then they  were friends but the bulls just wanted to be friends so were as well all friends then they lived happily after.

               I had lots of fun doing this What I need to work on is to choose a diffrint story to go with and i love tigers.

Term 4 Week 7

I had lots of fun doing my fairy tail

because its about 4 littile tigers and the big bad bull.

Term-4 W-6

In the weekend  my Family and  me drove to the beach to have some fun .We walked on the sand and then we saw the ice-cream truck we asked if we could have some and they said "yes if you get us some please"  said Jade and Ben And then ... I had the best day of my life .I got a puppy a black and white puppy its 12 Months old its girl puppy and I called her Poppy because she was so cute so yeah  we went to the pet shop to get the stuff for dent we got her a bed ,food bowl ,water bowl ,collar , toys , milk , leash , meat , then poppy fell aslep the end

Teakone do comp

On Saturday my family and I went to the taekwon do competition called Grassroots .We got there at 8.30 .We started the competition at 8.35 and I was fight number 6 / 29 / 36 and 39.My sister was fight number 7 13 19 and I won 2 times, then lost twice and it was fun.Then I went to get my two silver medals from Master Mike. After that I got a hot-dog for two dollars. I got it from the lunch room.Then Tanesha helped me make some daisy chains.Next we saw Master Mike, the leader of Taekwondo our Master who moved into a new club because his Mom died. However, his sister is not fit so he goes to Tauranga and he named the club The Northern Star Taekwondo. Next we went into the car and went home. When we went home I got a P.S.3 video game called Terraia .It was $ 5.39 dollars then I played the game with my family and they say so fun then it was time to go to bed the end.

I have been learning to find adjectives .this was easy becase I know about adjectives.  My next step is to use it in my writing. 

Learning about fractions

What is a fair share ? It means everyone gets the same size part or same number

What is the numerator ? the number that is shaded

What is the denomin ? it means the number at the top

What does equal mean ? It means the same

What does a fracsoin look like ? bottom number in the whole many parts in the whole

I have been learning about fractions and to cut in half.  I found this hard because I'm still not sure about fractions.  My next step is to keep learning more.

 I found this hard beacase i was thinking about if it made sence and it was fun.  My next step is to try a different colour.

Term 3 Week 3 Cross country

Every week for the whole of this term we will be doing Cross Country. The year 4, 5 and 6's will be running around a block close to the school. We do Cross Country to stay fit and healthy.  Cross Country is on a Tuesday and Thursday.

I enjoy running Cross Country because I like to be fit and healthy. I normally don't get tired while I'm running lots of people around me do. I really like racing people and I like to do a two-legged race with my friends.

I like how when we finish we get to have lunch straight away. I would like cross country to be on a Monday and Thursday because I do Taekwondo training on those two days. 

Overall I think Cross Country is AMAZING because it's really good to keep fit and healthy and I just love running. My favorite bit of Cross Country is going down the hill because it gives you a boost. Sometimes I like to run like a horse. Like I say I REALLY love Cross Country and I can't wait to do it again.

Round Numbers to the nearest 10 and 100

I have been working on my round numbers to the nearest 10 and 100.  I found this quite hard because I didn't really know how to do this before.
My next step is to round numbers to the nearest 100 and 1000.

Comparing Characters

I have been learning to compare characters. We read Who's a big bully then with my reading group. We compared the narrator and Darren Bishop.  I found this activity medium because it took me a while to come up with a few other words.  My next step is to make more comparisons.

This is my pepeha.  I have been learning to introduce myself in Māori using my pepeha.  We also created art to display our pepeha. 

Comparing Characters

My Reflection

We  have been learning to compare characters in a story.  We read a book called Who's a Big Bully Then by Michael Morpurgo.  We used a venn diagram to compare the two main characters.  I found this a bit hard because it was hard to come up with words to describe them.  Next time I will think more about the characters when I read a story.
